Material selection is an important step in the manufacturing process. We have used only pure ingredients from natural sources. There is no place for any artificial ingredient in any of our products. Each flavour remains faithful to the true taste of each ingredient.

Tropical fruits
The distinct flavours of tropical fruits always bring wonderful feelings to customers. These fruits provide great tast and nutrition, are low in fat and carbohydrates, with high levels of potassium and vitamin C, and certainly, they are good for your health.

Temperate fruits
Beside some typical tropical fruits, we also import some more temperate fruits to enrich our favoured ice cream collection, as well as bring more choices to customers such as currant, kiwi, South Africa orange, etc.

Vietnamese specialties
Ingridents seemed familiar with most people of Vietnam turning out to be one of the very interesting flavours when we make them into ice cream, especially the tourists. No one had ever deny the simplicity attraction of the Young rice at province of HaNoi capital, cinnamon at Quang Ninh, green peas, taro, pandan leaves, and chilli, etc.

Dry foodstuff
We imported dry foodstuff from many first-rate suppliers in France, India, Madagasca, Japan... Have you ever tasted the strange flavours but really attractive as pistachios, pecan, hazelnuts, Japanese green tea, Madagasca vanilla, anise, etc?

Milk products
Fanny guarantees that all the products origined from milk are imported from United states, New Zealand, Europe and are recognized No Melamine by the HCMC Science and Technology Office.

Chocolate
Our supplier is Grand-Palace, a group of Belgian companies specializes in manufacturing and supplying high quality chocolates for decades.

Alcohol
Some of our unforgetable flavours contain alcohol. We select carefully the best quality products such as Baileys, one of the Ireland's most delicious export and France rum, a heavenly dessert all over the world.
